Goal

Fill the grid completely with shapes from the shape bank so that:

  • Every grid cell is covered by exactly one shape (no overlaps, no empty cells)
  • You do not have to use all shapes (typically 1-3 shapes are left unused)
  • The sum of the values of all placed shapes equals the target score

Shapes and Values

  • Each shape is made of connected squares (like Tetris pieces)
  • Each shape has a base value shown in the shape bank
  • Shapes can be rotated and flipped freely

Trimming Shapes

You may trim squares off a shape before placing it:

  • Remove up to 3 squares from each shape
  • Each removed square decreases the shape's value by 1
  • After trimming, remaining squares must stay connected by edges (not just corners)
  • You cannot split a shape into multiple pieces

Note: Trimming is optional and puzzle-dependent
